Coming off an important win against NYJC, team morale was sky-high, and the team was looking forward to winning the next match as well, so as to top their group. From the moment the game started, the energy level of the team was high, with everyone fighting for every basket. Tight defense and good ball movement saw the boys racing to a 20-6 lead at the end of the first quarter.

However, in the second and third quarters, the boys started to ease up a bit, and there were a few slip ups on both the offensive and defensive ends. The score was 42-25 going into the last quarter. It was only during the fourth period that our defense really tightened up, and our full court press proved to be very effective, with players such as Joel, Justin and Vignesh getting numerous steals which were converted into easy baskets.
