Dear Ballers,
please read this article... It is a good wake up call (forgive the pun) for those who sleep late and do not get into a good sleep cycle before competition time. I understand the difficulties for a student especially with the tutorial deadlines and all. But sometimes, making a conscious effort to sleep earlier matters....
